How to be pretty and skinny

 A whole lot of people are going to tell you that you don’t need to be pretty / skinny to impress people. And fair play to them- being skinny and pretty won’t make you happy, nor will it solve your problems. It is not easy to achieve because it takes hard work, dedication and money, and most people think it’s just another form of vanity.

To get skinny, you need to eat right and work out. That’s pretty much it. Take a good look at what you’re putting into your body and whether it’s healthy or not, then add some exercise, 4 - 5 times a week, and you will see changes.

  • Pretty is a bit harder, but now that you’re eating better, your skin will look better. Exercise will mean your posture is better as well. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep. Look after your skin and hair- cleanse and moisturise your skin twice a day with good quality products. Wash your hair regularly, get a good haircut, learn to style it. Brush your teeth! If you have bad teeth- get them fixed. And drink plenty of water. Getting your eyebrows and nails done help make you look put-together. Make sure you look presentable when you leave the house- clothes that are clean and fit you well go a long way. Pretty can be somewhat achieved through good grooming, a good figure, nice clothes and a great personality, even for people who aren’t conventionally “pretty”.
